Resource Development Manager

Position Summary:

Working under the supervision of the Resource Development and Marketing Director and with other staff and volunteers, the primary objective of the Resource Development Manager is to diversify funding sources and increase the fundraising capacity of Lafayette Habitat for Humanity. This role will be responsible for building relationships in the community including individuals, businesses, churches, organizations, and foundations.

Homeowner Services Manager

Position Summary:

Lafayette Habitat for Humanity (LHFH), an ecumenical Christian housing ministry, seeks an experienced professional to manage all aspects of our Homeowner Services program. LHFH offers homeownership opportunities to low-moderate income families by organizing community partnerships to build sustainable homes which are then sold to the families via affordable mortgages. The Homeowner Services Manager is responsible for design, implementation and evaluation of programs and processes to recruit prospective homebuyers (partner families), support them throughout the construction process and ensure their ongoing success as homeowners. The Homeowner Services Manager coaches and counsels participants in the Homeownership Program to empower them to be successful future homeowners. This position creates a pipeline for qualified prospective homebuyers in need of affordable housing.

ReStore Donation Bay Manager

Position Summary:

The Donation Bay Coordinator of the ReStore represents the Habitat brand through courteous interactions with donors, customers, and volunteers to support our mission and ReStore operations.  Responsible for donation handling, pricing, and processing.  The Habitat ReStore mission is to generate revenue through the sale of donated, reclaimed and purchased building materials, appliances, furniture, and tools to support the mission of Lafayette Habitat for Humanity, which is to build homes, community, and hope.

Finance Coordinator 

Position Summary:

The Finance Coordinator assists with the finance and accounting of the affiliate with a goal to improve the stability and long-term success of the affiliate.

AmeriCorps Construction Crew Leader

Position Summary:

The construction crew leader plays an integral part in building and repairing homes. Lead groups of skills and unskilled volunteers and homeowner families in construction activities while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment, thus, developing and enhancing your volunteer management and construction skills.
