The primary mission of Lafayette Habitat’s Women Build fundraiser is women empowering women through homeownership. We are inviting women throughout Acadiana (and not excluding men!) to recruit other individuals and organizations to raise money and join us at our build site during these dates to build a home for a local family in our program. This year’s Women Build will occur from November 5th – November 16th.
How can you get involved?
- Donate $40 to further Habitat’s mission of helping local families build strength, stability and independence by making homeownership a reality
- Volunteer at the construction site for at least one shift during Women Build in November.
- Recruit 4 friends to do the same.
